Child Safety Standards Policy

Passiton, operated by Third Eye Creative, is committed to maintaining a safe environment and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form.

This policy applies to the Passiton mobile application and all associated services.

1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

Passiton strictly prohibits:

• Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Grooming or predatory behavior involving minors
• Any content or activity that exploits, harms, or endangers children

Any user found engaging in such behavior will have their account permanently suspended and may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

2. Age Requirement

• Passiton is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.
• We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use the platform.
• If we become aware that a minor has registered, the account will be removed.

3. Reporting Mechanism

Passiton provides in-app mechanisms that allow users to:

• Report inappropriate content
• Report abusive behavior
• Report suspected exploitation

Reports are reviewed promptly by the Passiton moderation team.

4. Action Against Violations

If CSAE or CSAM is identified:

• The content will be immediately removed
• The associated account will be permanently banned
• Relevant authorities may be notified in accordance with applicable laws

Passiton cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies as required.

5. Compliance With Applicable Laws

Passiton complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• Indian Information Technology Act provisions
• Applicable international child protection laws where relevant
