Passiton – Community Guidelines
Passiton is built on trust, respect, and the joy of sharing. These guidelines help keep the community safe, fair, and welcoming for everyone.
By using Passiton, you agree to follow these guidelines.
1. Be Respectful
Treat everyone with kindness and respect.
- No harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior
- No discrimination based on gender, caste, religion, ethnicity, nationality, or beliefs
- Keep conversations polite and relevant
Disrespectful behavior may result in warnings, restrictions, or account removal.
2. Passiton Is for Sharing, Not Selling
Passiton is strictly for free sharing.
Not allowed:
- Selling or reselling items
- Asking for money, tips, or fees
- Promoting businesses or services
- Posting commercial or promotional content
Any attempt to misuse Passiton as a marketplace may lead to account suspension.
3. List Only Legal & Appropriate Items
You may list only items that are legal and safe to give away.
Prohibited items include (but are not limited to):
- Illegal substances or drugs
- Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
- Stolen goods
- Alcohol or tobacco
- Hazardous waste or chemicals
- Counterfeit items
- Medical prescriptions or controlled medicines
If you’re unsure, do not list the item.
4. Be Honest About Item Condition
- Describe items accurately
- Clearly mention defects, wear, or missing parts
- Do not mislead or misrepresent items
Honesty builds trust and helps exchanges go smoothly.
5. Respect Time & Commitments
- Request items only if you genuinely intend to collect them
- Show up on time or inform the giver if plans change
- Avoid repeated cancellations or no-shows
Repeated misuse may result in reduced privileges or account restrictions.
6. Use Chat Responsibly
- Use chat only to coordinate item handover
- No spam, harassment, or inappropriate messages
- No explicit, offensive, or abusive content
- Do not ask for unnecessary personal information
Misuse of chat features may lead to moderation action.
7. Safety First
- Meet in public or safe locations when possible
- Trust your instincts
- You are not obligated to complete an exchange if you feel uncomfortable
Passiton is a platform, not a participant in exchanges. Users are responsible for their own safety.
8. Child Safety & Protection
Passiton has zero tolerance for:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Grooming, exploitation, or harmful behavior involving minors
Such content will be reported to relevant authorities immediately.
9. Reporting & Moderation
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines:
- Use the in-app reporting tools
- Or contact the Passiton team directly
Passiton may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or permanently ban accounts to protect the community.
10. Consequences of Violations
Depending on severity, actions may include:
- Warnings
- Temporary feature restrictions
- Reduced request limits
- Account suspension or removal
Serious violations may be escalated to authorities.
11. Our Role
Passiton works to maintain a safe and respectful community, but:
- We do not verify items or users
- We do not guarantee outcomes of exchanges
- Participation is at users’ discretion
12. Updates to These Guidelines
These Community Guidelines may be updated as Passiton evolves. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the latest version.
